The Aurora is a natural phenomena and is not guaranteed that being said we have never had a 6 night Essentials package guest that did not experience the Aurora several times. We experience the Aurora on over 90%of our tours if the sky is mostly clear.

My husband and I did the 6 night Essential package in January 2024 to say it was a trip of the lifetime is selling it short. The cabins you stay in are absolutely gorgeous and they have everything you would need! The whole experience is family run and we cannot say enough good things about each of them. Excursions during the day and then the best part in my opinion was the aurora viewings every night! They would pick us up and we would go to the main lodge where it was warm and had wonderful snacks and drinks until it was time to bundle up and get outside to see the Aurora. The team even took our pictures for us! It definitely was one of our favorite experiences we’ve ever done, you won’t regret it!

Highly recommended for a truly Alaskan experience. From their Aurora Tours where you can wait in their beautiful heated and modern lodge for the Aurora to appear. To their Tours to the Arctic Circle, Dog Sledding, Wildlife Tours, Chena Hot Springs and so much more. You can also stay in one of their amazing, fully furnished log cabins. Their company is owned and run by a caring Alaskan family.

We booked the New Year's Special package and could not have been more impressed. These guys know their stuff. They were extremely knowledgeable about every activity included in the package. There's a limited amount of sunlight each day and they knew exactly what time we needed to leave in order to catch the sun rising over the mountains from great locations and to catch the aspen glow over the Alaska Range. The accommodations are topnotch. All built by the owners. Our cabin was supplied with everything we needed for our stay and we were even greeted with a fabulous welcome basket. These guys are passionate and knowledgeable about every part of this package. On our dogs sledding adventure we were even allowed time to visit with the mushers and play with their dogs. It was definitely a highlight of the trip. As memorable as all the activities were, none could top Lady Aurora herself. The set up at Aurora lights lodge is perfect for not just a night of viewing the northern lights, but actually experiencing them in all their awe and wonder. We were able to mark off many things on our bucket list with this one package, including dog sledding in below 0 temperatures, the Dalton highway with all of its Ice Road Truckers, the Arctic Circle, and the Aurora. We are already making plans to visit these guys again!
